*Do the paintings come framed or need to be framed?

 For painting in sizes 12″ x 16″ (30x40 cm) or smaller, artworks are shipped on gallery-wrapped canvases, with the painting continuing onto the edges, and are ready to hang, so no framing is necessary.

For sizes bigger than that (especially when the shipment is outside Brazil), the painting is shipped carefully rolled inside a tube. In this case, you will have to frame it at your place. The utmost care is taken when packing and shipping sold artwork. 

*Is shipping included in your prices?

Generally speaking, the cost of shipping largely depends on the destination and, of course, the size of the artwork. 

- If the shipping is inside Brazil it has no extra-cost than the price of your purchase here.

- For international shipping, please e-mail me (mandalatepui@gmail.com) to know your postal address to be able to give you a precise shipping quote. 

Normally, you will be billed separately for the shipping after making your purchase, once approved by you of course.

*What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is accepted via credit card, bank transfer and PayPal. Paintings are being shipped out only when payment has been received and cleared in full.

*Can I purchase with a payment plan?

YES! You can put down a deposit on a painting then pay in installments. Once you’ve agreed to a timeline of monthly payments, and your first payment has cleared, your artwork will be marked as “sold” and reserved for you. You will be billed monthly or according to the agreed-upon schedule. Your artwork will be shipped to you promptly as soon as your final payment clears.

*Are the paintings on this page the only originals available?

Yes. You will find all the artworks currently I have on sale in the “Shop” of my web page.

*Can I commission a custom painting? How is the process?

YES. Please, feel free to message me by email or by chat (on the “Home” page of this web site). I have been doing custom commissioned paintings for many years because I love to be able to make reality the vision/dream a customer has for a painting. Normally, the process is as follows:

1- You contact me and explain me your vision about the painting you want.

2- We agree on the size of the painting, palette colors, theme and the price. I give you a date when you can expect the work to be completed.This depends on what you are looking for and my current workload, but normally it varies between 2 to 6 weeks.

3- You pay a non-refundable 50% deposit. As soon as your deposit clears, I will begin working on your painting.

4- I email you photos of the finished painting (if you are in Manaus, you may also come to the studio to see it in person.) At this time, you may request small changes for no additional fee. Large changes can have cost extra. I will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with the finished painting. You are not obliged to pay the balance if you are not happy with the finished work (although this has never happened).

5- Once you have approved the finished painting, you pay the balance. When your final payment has cleared, I will ship to you the painting immediately, or if you are in Manaus, we can arrange pick-up or delivery.

All paintings are signed, and come along with an “Authentication Certificate”, also signed by me. I use only artist grade materials so my artwork is guaranteed to have a long life.

Finally, if you like one of my paintings that is already sold, I can make you a similar one, that is another painting with a variation of the same color palette and theme.

Pricing

The pricing for a custom work of art really depends upon your requirements. Prices starts at USD$100. Generally speaking, the larger the size of the artwork, the greater the cost.

Start by getting a general picture in your mind of what you want, then contact me to get an official quote. Please, take into account that payment plans can be arranged.

*Can I purchase prints or other products?
